Group:
1. Fill out and sign the required forms and submit them to a local representative or directly to the organizer;
2. Pay the deposit and meet all other requirements.
Individuals:
1. Contact the organizer as soon as possible since vacancies are filled on a first come first serve basis.
2. Agree to follow our camp regulations , submit application, and meet all the other requirements; |

| Fees |
1.Program A: US$ 2480 (6 weeks); program B: US$1680 (4 weeks); program C: US$ 880 (2 weeks).
2. Participants from EUROPE : program A: €2080 (6 weeks); program B: €1420 (4 weeks); program C: €750 (2 weeks).
3. Participants from the rest of the world will be charged in USD or a currency agreed to by the organizer with a value equal (according to the exchange rate on the receiving day) to the charge in USD.

Remarks |
1. Due to ‘China Heat’, please make your decision as soon as possible so as to book best price tickets available at the time.
2. Application starts earlier this year and will end when it is filled. (Only reservations with its deposit paid are regarded as effective.)
3. Application for a group ends earlier this year in late April.
4. Individuals may apply at all times. That is, if there is vacancy during the camp, new applicants will be admitted every Monday.

1.No younger than 8 or older than 18 years of age upon departure, unless agreed by the organizer;
2. For applicants younger than 13 years old, we recommend having a parent or legal guardian accompany them;
3. Open-mindedness and readiness to adjust to different values, lifestyles, and attitudes of a foreign country;
4. Good health (at least in 2 years having no serious illness) and medical insurance in the resident country;
5. Travel insurance bought either by self or by organizers;
6. The Application
form filled and two recent colored photos;
7. Parents or a legal guardian must sign an agreement ,
and an additional statement
of undertaking is necessary if the participant is below the age of 13.
8.Submission of 30% of the total fee as a deposit when registering (can be returned before May 20th except for the registration charge of US$30 (or €30 ), but from and after this date, 20% of the fee is non-refundable;
9. Submission of the rest of camp fee (70%) before departure or upon the arrival day ;
10.A written agreement (e-mail acceptable) from a cooperator of the camp or from the organizer;
11.Leaving the camp without permission is automatically seen as breaking the agreement between the participants and our camp, therefore organizer will not be responsible for any consequence, meanwhile all fees are non-refundable after the arrival day of the camp ;
12.Observation of the laws of People's Republic of China and all the regulations of the camp.
