Cooperators take charge of recruitment abroad, with authorization by the organizer, Shanghai East-West Consulting Co., Ltd.
When authorized, cooperators are eligible to publish an advertisement in a local newspaper. We suggest publishing the ad twice a week, 8 -10 times in total. The advertisement may be drafted by a cooperator, but it should be sent to the organizer for approval before publishing.
Our cooperator should collect from each participant 30% of the total payment and then:
1 Order airline tickets for the participants quickly so as to get best price;
2 Buy traveling insurance for each participant in due time (after May 20th，2008) and hold the rest of the money and all related documents.
3 Send a report on the work completed and all related documents to the organizer on time.
Cooperators should send 20% of the total charge to the organizer by cash check or bank transfer before May 31st, 2008, so the organizer can pay the deposit to the accommodating school.
We suggest that a legitimate organization, such as a Chinese school, a well recognized oversea Chinese organization, etc. takes care of the payments. But our cooperator is ultimately responsible for getting the payments in on time and safekeeping all related documents before having them delivered to the organizer.
Cooperators select the guardian who is responsible for accompanying participants from and back to the departure point. A free ticket is offered if the number of participants exceeds 15 persons. Camp fees (the remaining part, 70% of the total charge) are to be paid upon arrival. Should this be inconvenient, cooperators should have the payment brought by someone or sent (by bank transfer) 15 days before departure of the participants.
The commission for the cooperation is to be negotiated and agreed on by both organizer and cooperators. It is to be calculated and sent to cooperators as soon as the camp finishes. Any other concerns have not mentioned above is left to discussion.
